​The initial step of analyzing the brief and determining key requirements is crucial in our discovery phase. We get to know the ins and outs of the brand; its mission, values, and goals, as well as visual identity and style. We brainstorm innovative ways the experience can best be achieved; whether through technology, face-to-face interactions, or other means of engagement. 

​When the design is ready to become a reality, we dimension, explain, and source the architectural elements, materials, furniture, and equipment that will allow your engineers and fabrication department to begin estimation and execution. In addition, we provide .dwg files (or similar) of the 3d model.

​We take a lot of pride in our designs and presenting them! We are available to travel to any presentation or meeting. We are also happy to present or conduct meetings virtually via Skype, Zoom, GoTo, Teams, or the like.

​Starting with an exploration of how the space is to be used, a plan is drawn up including zones and activities. Determining the patterns that show how people will move through the space is of utmost importance. Furniture and equipment is thoughtfully placed in each zone that will define the experience in the best way possible. A thorough understanding of the elements that make up the main principles of design: contrast, balance, emphasis, proportion, hierarchy, repetition, rhythm, pattern, white space, movement, variety, and unity, allows us to achieve the best design possible for our clients. Full color renderings are provided to offer an understanding of the environment, its purpose and space.
